Marketing Officer

The Marketing Officer is responsible for providing all sorts of public relations and marketing activities support to the company. He/She will support in all marketing and communication activities, assisting with yearly digital marketing, advertising, and social media strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Brief and manage output of local agencies – social media, PR, events, and influencer content.
• Support the brand for all marketing activities, ensuring consistent communication with HQ to drive brand awareness and footfall.
• Familiar with Influencer Marketing, analytics, and reports.
• Support in maintaining the group portfolio.
• Good relationship-building skills. Identify and contact key global media, media relations contacts, and influencers to foster a global network of contacts.
• Support in a yearly Marketing & PR plan activity.
• Support to market activation plan, budget allocated, and global policies to drive brand awareness and traffic.
• Creation of monthly content for social media Malls and ensure participation in mall activities.
• Ability in Marketing activations, PR events, and post-event reporting.
• Good skills of Agency briefing.
• Good analytical skills & high interest to research about new global trends.
• Maintain image standards for DHG and ensure compliance across all communications channels – social media and website.
• Other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time (quarter reports and results).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Communication, Marketing, and/or Public Relations.
• Attested Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred in Marketing, Communication, International Relations, or related field)
• Background and knowledge of the industry, with a strong interest in fashion retail.
• Knowledge of Social Media Marketing and backends – Meta and TikTok.
• Creative person in copywriting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
