Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy
: Develop and implement regional marketing strategies based on market demands and trends in the UAE.
Brand Promotion
: Enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty through multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, offline events, advertising, etc.).
Sales Support
: Collaborate with the sales team to optimize promotional activities and product positioning to achieve sales targets.
Market Research
: Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, adjusting marketing strategies as needed.
Event Planning
: Plan and execute brand activation, promotions, and public relations events to strengthen the brand's market presence.
Budget Management
: Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources for all marketing activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
At least 3 years of marketing experience in the UAE or the Middle East, preferably in the footwear industry.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, consumer behavior, and local culture.
Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
Creative thinking and strong project management skills.
