Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement regional marketing strategies based on market demands and trends in the UAE.
  • Brand Promotion: Enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty through multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, offline events, advertising, etc.).
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to optimize promotional activities and product positioning to achieve sales targets.
  • Market Research: Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, adjusting marketing strategies as needed.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute brand activation, promotions, and public relations events to strengthen the brand's market presence.
  • Budget Management: Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources for all marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in the UAE or the Middle East, preferably in the footwear industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, consumer behavior, and local culture.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
  • Creative thinking and strong project management skills.
