Part of the Dubai Regional Office Commercial Team and reporting to the Deputy Regional Head and CCO, you will be working to standardize and track commercial activities for the DRO. You will be the focal point for subjects related to documents produced at Regional Office level. Responsible for optimizing agency sales productivity, coordinating marketing actors in the agencies, cooperation with Head Office marketing & studies team to ensure that the standards of the group is followed by all employees within your scope.
As a Marketing Manager in the Dubai Regional Office, you will be responsible for:
You have a bachelor degree in commercial/business development role and ideally have a previous experience in Marketing, Sales or Business Development Management.
You have proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills, metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity, experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Salesforce).
You speak English fluently, have strong skills in Microsoft applications and you are able to help facilitate easy to use dashboards. You also have very good presentation skills. A previous experience or strong interest for the Shipping industry would be an asset.
You are autonomous, good team player and will be working closely with different departments in HO, RO and the subsidiaries. Good social and interpersonal skills will also allow you to fully succeed in this mission.
Proven professional experience in the shipping industry is a mandatory requirement.
