We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a total of 8 to 10 years of experience. Candidates should have experience handling Marketing Campaigns in Pakistan, and must currently be in the UAE.
Responsibilities
Reports directly to the Regional Business Development Manager, ensuring transparency and alignment with regional business strategies.
Defines and creates marketing strategies in collaboration with the business development team that are specific to regional needs, ensuring they align with the Company’s overall objectives.
Manages the local marketing team, providing guidance, and support to execute marketing strategies effectively. This includes setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Develops and implements demand, lead-generation and brand awareness marketing plans, including the rollout of strategic marketing campaigns. Evaluates the success of these campaigns against predefined KPIs to measure effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary.
Assists the Business Development functions in conducting market research in regions that require in-depth knowledge and analysis during stages of new region penetration, taking into account each country’s ethics, culture, customs, etc.
Provides support for marketing events and exhibitions as required, ensuring a consistent and powerful brand presence.
Works closely with the headquarters' Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to discuss and establish yearly marketing plans, ensuring regional strategies complement global marketing objectives.
Assists in ongoing marketing activities, supporting both the marketing team and other regional teams as necessary. Handles relevant delegated projects efficiently.
Stays current with local and global marketing trends, especially in motion graphics, to ensure our marketing efforts are cutting-edge and effective.
Ensures all marketing activities adhere to corporate brand guidelines, maintaining brand integrity across all regions.
Performs any other related tasks as assigned by the Business Development Manager and/or Group Chief Marketing Officer.
Desired Candidate Profile
Total of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3-4 years of experience in Pakistan, in a similar role, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Solid knowledge of marketing analytics, metrics, and digital marketing skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of marketing trends in the Pakistan market is a must.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English (both oral and written) and Hindi/Urdu.
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Dynamic, target-oriented, and capable of working in an intellectually stimulating environment.
