Marketing Manager Oncology & Hematology Gulf

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role, your responsibilities will be:

• Enhance the brand potential at the national level.
• Lead and partner with Brand Teams including Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain, and other related functions & partners to increase the brand performance.
• Develop the annual brand plan, design and implement all related marketing activities including budget control.
• Understand business dynamics, identify business opportunities, and build strategies accordingly to improve brand potential at a national level.
• Partner with regional and global Marketing Teams to understand global strategies and implement locally where applicable.
• Work with the sales team & plan field visits to acquire feedback & market insights.
• Craft and implement tactical plans in line with the strategy.
• Partner with the sales force to ensure the brand strategies and tactics are cascaded effectively.
• Develop financial short and long-term forecasts working closely with Business Partners.
• Propose national sales targets and achieve agreement with Business Unit Head and Sales/District Managers.
• Coordinate competitive intelligence and drive competitive action plans.
• Collaborate with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects.
• Recruit and lead external vendors in specific projects.
• Promote the culture of innovation and collaboration across the team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in science/pharmacy.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• MBA degree is a plus.
• Track record of developing successful plans and delivering positive performance.
• Excellent project/process management and analytical skills.
• Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and commercial attitude.
• Experience working in multifunctional cross-cultural teams.
• Must be able to travel regularly.
• Proficiency in English is needed for both oral and written communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Gulf region in a pharmaceutical company.
• Product launch experience.
