Job description

As a Marketing Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that enhance ZWCAD’s presence, generate high-quality leads, and support business growth across the Middle East and India region. You will collaborate with direct sales teams, channel partners, and distributors to drive demand and ensure marketing efforts align with local business needs.

You will work in a multinational and multicultural environment, coordinating closely with the Chinese team at headquarters, as well as regional stakeholders, to ensure marketing strategies are effectively adapted and executed.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement localized marketing strategies aligned with ZWSOFT’s global goals and tailored to regional market dynamics.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, events, and sales enablement) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Continuously optimize marketing activities based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI and effectiveness.
  • Ensure alignment between regional marketing initiatives and headquarters strategy while adapting to local business needs.

Sales & Channel Collaboration

  • Work closely with direct sales teams, channel partners, and distributors to develop marketing programs that drive demand and deliver sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
  • Provide marketing support and enablement materials to sales and partner teams to enhance their engagement with prospects and customers.
  • Align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing and business teams.

Brand Awareness & Digital Marketing

  • Oversee localized content creation, ensuring brand messaging resonates with the target audience.
  • Manage email marketing, lead nurturing campaigns, and digital advertising to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Event & Trade Show Management

  • Plan and execute regional events, roadshows, and webinars to showcase ZWCAD’s capabilities and engage key stakeholders.
  • Support participation in industry exhibitions and conferences, ensuring maximum brand exposure and business opportunities.
  • Work with partners and sales teams to leverage events for networking, product demonstrations, and lead generation.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand regional customer needs, industry trends, and local business challenges.
  • Provide insights to refine messaging, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all regional marketing activities, maintaining a strong and professional presence in the market.

Qualifications

  1. At least 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the software or technology industry.
  2. Strong ability to work in multinational and multicultural teams, coordinating efforts with stakeholders from different backgrounds.
  3. Experience in channel marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  4. Excellent coordination skills to balance the needs of direct sales teams, channel partners, and distributors in the region.
  5. Strong analytical mindset with experience in marketing automation, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), and digital marketing platforms.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Experience in event management and trade show marketing is a plus.
  8. Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
