Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses product positioning, branding, and market penetration across multiple channels (digital, content, events).
  2. Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives to support sales growth and enhance the company’s visibility within the IT/tech distribution space.

Agency Management

  1. Work closely with external agencies (digital, PR, and creative) to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  2. Ensure that agency outputs are aligned with business goals and within budget.

Brand Management & Positioning

  1. Strengthen the company’s brand positioning in the tech distribution market.
  2. Oversee the creation and deployment of brand assets across various marketing channels.

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  1. Drive lead generation efforts through SEO/SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  2. Collaborate with digital agencies to optimize paid media and lead capture campaigns.

Content Development

  1. Manage the creation of engaging content, such as product sheets, white papers, blogs, case studies, and videos.
  2. Ensure that content is aligned with the target audience's needs and business objectives.
  3. Partner with tech vendors on joint marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and new product launches.

Market Research & Analysis

  1. Conduct regular research to keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  2. Use data-driven insights to adjust marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.

Event & Trade Show Management

  1. Lead the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote our product offerings.
  2. Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and other resources that support their objectives.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  1. Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through KPIs and ROI analysis.
  2. Continuously improve campaigns based on data insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

As the Marketing Manager for our IT/Tech distribution business, you will be responsible for developing and executing a results-driven marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. You will work closely with sales, product teams, and external marketing agencies to deliver impactful campaigns that align with business objectives.
