Marketing Manager/Head – B2C Growth

Job Purpose:

To develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that drive large-scale B2C user acquisition, consumer engagement, and brand growth for the job portal. The role focuses on bringing in high volumes of job seekers, optimizing digital performance marketing, and enhancing the platform’s competitive positioning in the recruitment industry.

Responsibilities:

  • B2C User Growth Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to attract, convert, and retain large volumes of job seekers on the platform.
  • Performance Marketing & Growth Hacking: Lead high-budget, ROI-driven digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO to drive traffic, registrations, and conversions.
  • Consumer Engagement & Activation: Optimize funnels, onboarding journeys, referral programs, and engagement campaigns to increase active users and reduce drop-off rates.
  • Influencer & Community Marketing: Leverage influencers, social media campaigns, and viral marketing to expand reach and build trust with job seekers.
  • App & Website Growth: Develop ASO (App Store Optimization) and website growth strategies to improve organic traffic and conversion rates.
  • B2C Partnerships & Affiliate Marketing: Establish strategic partnerships with universities, online learning platforms, content creators, and career coaches to drive large-scale user acquisition.
  • Data-Driven Marketing & A/B Testing: Monitor KPIs such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Lifetime Value), churn rates, and engagement metrics, continuously optimizing strategies for performance.
  • Content & Branding: Develop engaging content and marketing assets, including videos, landing pages, and blog content, that resonate with mass audiences.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, user behaviors, and competitor strategies to refine marketing tactics.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in B2C marketing, growth hacking, or performance marketing, ideally in online marketplaces, e-commerce, EdTech, job portals, or subscription-based platforms.
  • Proven track record of scaling consumer acquisition from thousands to millions of users through paid and organic channels.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO, ASO, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong background in A/B testing, CRO (conversion rate optimization), and funnel optimization for consumer platforms.
  • Experience in community building, influencer collaborations, and viral marketing for consumer engagement.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools for marketing insights.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and content marketing skills to engage large audiences effectively.
  • Experience managing high-budget performance marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI and CAC reduction.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with freemium models, lead generation platforms, or mobile app-based services.
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology, behavior-driven marketing, and gamification strategies.
  • Exposure to affiliate marketing and referral growth strategies.
