Marketing Manager - Arabic

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the marketing teams for each company in the group, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with business goals.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor a comprehensive marketing strategy that spans all businesses within the group.
3. Oversee the creation and execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
4. Establish clear marketing KPIs and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and tactics.
5. Work closely with senior management to align marketing efforts with the group's overall corporate objectives.
6. Guide the development of brand positioning, identity, and voice for each business within the group.
7. Coordinate product launches, promotional events, and marketing activities across the group’s entities.
8. Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns (including online and offline channels).
9. Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability within the marketing department.
10. Provide training and development opportunities for the team to stay ahead of marketing trends and tools.
11. Develop and manage the marketing budget across all companies within the group.
12. Track and report on marketing performance metrics, such as lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
13. Provide regular updates to the executive team regarding the status of marketing initiatives and budget management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
2. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
4. Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
