About the Role

The Marketing Manager is a key role at Liquidity for a detail-oriented and ambitious marketing professional with a strong understanding of the financial services sector. You have a talent for developing comprehensive marketing strategies and executing targeted campaigns across various channels. Your expertise includes creating compelling content, managing events, managing team members and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.

This role is central to our marketing efforts, collaborating closely with the VP Strategic Communications and Head of Ecosystem, and other business units across Liquidity. Based in our Abu Dhabi office, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality marketing initiatives and driving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies with defined KPIs, success metrics, and ROI measurements
  • Create and manage product marketing materials, ensuring compliance with regional legal and regulatory requirements
  • Produce social media campaigns and targeted digital activities across websites and email channels
  • Support the investor relations team with product marketing materials, including pitch decks, reports and website updates
  • Manage event logistics and produce pre- and post-event marketing content
  • Implement comprehensive analytics frameworks to track campaign performance and optimize marketing initiatives
  • Handle marketing-related client service requirements, such as monthly newsletters and audience relevant content and EDMs
  • Coordinate translations for all marketing materials where required
  • Review and update website content quarterly to ensure relevance and performance optimization based on analytics data, tracking key metrics like visitor engagement, conversion rates, and alignment with overall marketing KPIs
  • Support lead generation and nurture programs with measurable conversion metrics
  • Prepare and present data-driven marketing reports to leadership, demonstrating impact and ROI of marketing initiatives
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing clear direction, performance management, and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in the financial services sector
  • Proven experience managing and developing team members with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable marketing insights
  • Experience developing KPIs and implementing measurement frameworks for marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to write and create original content for various marketing channels
  • Understanding of financial markets and investment products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience working with compliance and regulatory guidance to ensure compliant collateral
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and data visualization platforms
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and project management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience working in a global company with centralized marketing functions - An Advantage
  • Experience building and scaling marketing analytics capabilities - An Advantage
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models and ROI measurement - An Advantage
