Marketing Budget & Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Chairman to develop budgets for all business units and manage a robust multi-channel marketing strategy. This strategy encompasses Social Media, Website & Mobile App, Influencer Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Email Campaigns, Paid Search, Programmatic Ads, Digital Campaigns, Public Relations, B2C Live Chat, SEO, and offline ATL & BTL channels.
Brand Marketing: Drive and manage the branding strategy, including social media, PR, influencer partnerships, and campaigns to elevate North Point Education’s brand awareness. Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all channels, such as events, emails, web pages, blogs, and promotional materials. Develop and maintain a social media plan that includes influencer partnerships and a comprehensive social strategy to enhance awareness, traffic, and conversions.
Performance Marketing: Assist the Chairman in collaborating with the Digital Team to analyze key marketing performance metrics, utilizing analytics and tracking tools to provide valuable insights. Manage paid marketing initiatives, including PPC, SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Social, and Media Planning to meet traffic and conversion goals. Work with the IT team to ensure the website remains a lead-generation engine, constantly innovating the user experience for potential and existing students.
Marketing Automation: Support the Chairman in the implementation of a comprehensive marketing automation strategy. Develop targeted email campaigns, create customer profiling strategies, and implement a database acquisition strategy to drive opt-ins. Collaborate with Admissions and IT to streamline CRM processes and improve lead generation and reporting.
Reporting & Budgeting: Identify and manage short-term and long-term resource needs, including budgeting and expenditure tracking. Oversee the development and management of annual marketing budgets, P&L projections, and financial considerations. Provide detailed reports on marketing performance, aligning with predetermined KPIs to inform the Board of campaign effectiveness.
Offline Marketing: Lead the implementation of ATL/BTL activities, such as radio, billboards, and media planning to maximize visibility. Coordinate with PR, media, and agencies to execute diverse marketing campaigns. Oversee the production of press releases, advertisements, and other promotional materials. Regularly analyze market trends and competition, providing actionable insights for business growth.
Admissions Marketing: Work closely with the Admissions team to drive revenue and enrollment targets. Co-manage the customer journey from initial engagement to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience. Collaborate with the CRM team to enhance communications throughout the admissions process.
Community Engagement: Engage with local community organizations to expand North Point Education's presence. Work with freelancers on project-based initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met. Attend industry events, representing North Point Education beyond regular working hours.
