We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our UAE team, coming from a creative or brand marketing background, preferably in the startup world. The ideal candidate will have proven hustle, creativity, and a passion for building and activating brands in competitive markets.

The Job

1. Develop and execute marketing activation strategies to drive awareness and engagement with the Atlys brand in the UAE market.
2. Collaborate with the product and growth teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
3. Build partnerships with travel, lifestyle, and community brands to amplify Atlys reach.
4. Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, offline, and social media.
5. Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
6. Innovate and experiment with creative ideas to stand out in the travel and tech space.
7. Act as the brand custodian, ensuring consistent messaging and tone across all platforms.

The ideal candidate

1. 5+ years of experience in creative or brand marketing, preferably with exposure to startups or fast-paced environments.
2. Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
3. Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
4. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
5. Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous and dynamic work environment.
6. Passion for travel and understanding of the travel industry is a plus.
