Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Marketing Manager at The Spaniel in Dubai. The role involves creating and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, collaborating with external agencies, and overseeing social media and online presence.

Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our restaurant.
  2. Digital Marketing: Execute digital marketing initiatives across various channels, including social media, email marketing, website content, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and drive traffic.
  3. Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for marketing materials, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  4. Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns from start to finish, including defining campaign objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze consumer behavior, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, culinary) to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  8. Events and Promotions: Coordinate promotional events and initiatives to attract new customers and enhance customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  2. Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
  3. Creative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
