ROLE PROFILE
The Marketing Manager will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for VOX Cinemas, focusing on both cinema campaigns and Indian Cinema, and manage all aspects of brand promotions, events, and partnerships.
The role involves analyzing consumer behavior, reviewing marketing data, and generating targeted campaigns to meet company KPIs and objectives, while optimizing performance through pre- and post-campaign analysis.
They will manage project budgets, timelines, and relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including media partners, distributors, and cinema sites, to ensure successful marketing and promotional activities.
The role includes overseeing the execution of talent and movie-related events, as well as supporting regional marketing teams with promotions, premieres, and campaign optimizations across the region.
Success is defined by achieving campaign and business targets, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring marketing efforts contribute to revenue growth and brand competitiveness.
The manager will be responsible for creating the annual marketing and communications plan, which includes public relations, media purchases, content creation, social media management, and crisis communications, while also ensuring budget control and adherence to legal requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrate operational competencies by solving problems effectively, developing high-performing teams, providing constructive feedback, and tracking financial performance through key performance indicators.
Lead marketing initiatives by applying creative thinking and a deep understanding of the marketing mix to proactively manage regional marketing efforts while ensuring brand consistency and program continuity.
Exhibit personal traits through clear communication, effective organization, an innovative approach to business objectives, and a self-motivated, results-driven attitude, with Arabic language skills preferred.
Leverage experience and qualifications by applying 5-8 years of experience in marketing within the entertainment, leisure, or e-commerce industries, with expertise in digital, branding, and regional trends, supported by a relevant business or marketing degree.
