The candidate will be responsible for managing Dell’s overall customer experience in UAE to build Dell’s perception as a premium PC brand in the country. The scope of the role will include:
Brand Advocate Management: Recruitment, training and performance management of Dell brand advocates in the country.
POS Management: Standardize planograms in the market, deployment and maintenance of planograms as per guidelines to build a premium positioning for Dell.
Quarterly Brand Campaigns & Demand Gen with Retailer: Drive quarterly national campaigns for the brand. Plan quarterly marketing plans with managed retail and ensure execution of the plan as per guidelines. Build campaign user journeys to drive a consistent message across all formats for the brand.
Customer Experience Monitoring: Monitor customer experience through mystery audits in retail and digital visual merchandising quarterly.
Budget Management: Manage country marketing budgets.
