Our client, a British Nursery, is hiring for the role of Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a high-impact marketing strategy aligned with the organization’s goals.
  2. Identify and execute lead generation initiatives to drive enrollment and business growth.
  3. Create and oversee engaging digital and social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  4. Manage SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing strategies to optimize brand reach.
  5. Lead content creation, including videos, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
  6. Oversee the development and execution of a social media content calendar.
  7. Plan and execute parent engagement events, open days, and community outreach programs.
  8. Collaborate with nursery managers to create compelling promotional activities.
  9. Communicate offerings effectively to parents and the wider community.
  10. Establish relationships with media, industry experts, and influencers to increase brand visibility.
  11. Prepare and distribute press releases to relevant publications.
  12. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  13. Analyze marketing data, campaign performance, and ROI metrics to optimize strategies.
  14. Present regular marketing reports and insights to the management team.
  15. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and market trends.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education industry.
  3. Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO, social media strategy, and content creation.
  4. Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and paid advertising strategies.
  5. Hands-on experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
  6. Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  7. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Flexibility to travel regularly between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
