Albatha Automotive Group is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager with expertise in both traditional and digital marketing to join our fast-growing organization in the UAE. This pivotal role focuses on launching and establishing Pitstop Automotive Services as a trusted, ethically driven company synonymous with transparency and exceptional service. The Marketing Manager will build-up the marketing organization, working closely with the management team, to build the brand and generate B2B and B2C customer traffic, positioning Pitstop Automotive Services as a leader in the UAE’s automotive after-service market.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to establish Pitstop as a top player in the UAE’s after-service landscape.
Plan and execute yearly marketing plans and monthly activities to achieve business objectives.
Brand Identity and Communication:
Establish a strong and unified brand identity, emphasizing ethics and transparency.
Oversee all aspects of marketing and communication, including campaign management, social media, website, branding, POS materials, events, partnerships, influencer activities, and PR.
Budget Management:
Prepare and manage the yearly marketing budget, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
Allocate media mix effectively to optimize ROI on all marketing activities.
Content Creation and Digital Expertise:
Create engaging content for social media, videography, and photography, with experience in creative software as a plus.
Drive digital marketing initiatives, including, website performance metrics, and Google Analytics.
Stakeholder and Partner Coordination:
Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth and aligned communication.
Steer suppliers and agency partners in the right direction for effective marketing execution.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
Set project objectives with specific KPIs, performance metrics, and expected ROIs.
Provide detailed reports on marketing activities, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
Traditional and Experiential Marketing:
Leverage traditional media channels, including radio, print, and experiential marketing, to enhance brand visibility.
