Job description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, enhance brand positioning, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital marketing, campaign management, and performance analytics to maximize brand growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve positioning.
  • Manage brand messaging, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience expectations.

Performance Marketing & Growth

  • Oversee SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and customer engagement.
  • Lead A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and messaging to improve conversions.
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Content & Social Media Management

  • Develop and oversee content strategies, ensuring high-quality, engaging material across all platforms.
  • Manage social media presence, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
  • Ensure brand consistency in visual identity, messaging, and storytelling.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track, measure, and report key marketing metrics, including campaign performance, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Recommend and implement optimizations based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative, analytical, and results-driven mindset.

Work Arrangement:

  • This is a full-time, on-site position. No remote or hybrid work options are available. Candidates must be willing to work from the designated office location as required.
