Our client is a top-tier corporate service provider based in Dubai, offering a wide array of business solutions to local and international clients, ranging from multinational corporations to entrepreneurs and startups. As the company expands its operations across the UAE and the broader GCC region, they are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing to lead their marketing efforts and drive brand growth.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for formulating and executing innovative marketing strategies that align with the company’s business goals. This role requires an individual who is both strategically minded and hands-on, with a strong ability to drive results in a competitive and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to elevate brand presence, drive customer acquisition, and support business expansion in the UAE and GCC.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a talented marketing team to ensure high performance and successful execution of all campaigns.
  • Brand Positioning: Strengthen and maintain the company’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communication platforms.
  • Digital Marketing Excellence: Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media campaigns, to enhance online visibility and generate high-quality leads.
  • Market Research & Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, identify business opportunities, and assess competitor activity.
  • Content Development: Oversee content creation across various formats—websites, blogs, newsletters, and case studies—that resonates with target audiences and strengthens brand authority.
  • Lead Generation & Client Retention: Work closely with sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies and improve client retention efforts.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Manage and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI on marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, business development, and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven marketing experience, with leadership role experience within the corporate services, consulting, or professional services industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to deliver results through execution.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
