Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our client’s team at a prestigious resort in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, foster customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. This role requires effective leadership as the Marketing Manager will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with various departments to execute successful campaigns and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the resort’s business objectives.
Conduct market research to gain customer insights and identify opportunities for growth.
Define target audiences and create tailored campaigns to engage them effectively.
Campaign Management:
Lead the marketing campaigns across diverse channels including digital, print, social media, and events.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing materials such as ads, brochures, and online content.
Brand Management:
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms and materials.
Assess and enhance brand effectiveness to strengthen recognition and loyalty.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure a unified brand image across all touchpoints.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee the digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
Analyze key performance metrics such as website traffic and conversion rates to optimize digital growth.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends and implement new tactics to boost engagement.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve both departmental and personal goals.
Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives.
Provide clear communication, constructive feedback, and guidance to the team for effective campaign execution.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources.
Track and report spending, ROI, and performance to senior management.
