Our Global & Regional Marketing team report into the eCommerce, Digital, Marketing, and Loyalty (EDML) department – under our Commercial and Revenue pillar. EDML's focus is to grow core revenue and brand experience via consumer channels and supporting internal and external partners such as Corporate Sales and Abu Dhabi Tourism.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating commercial and strategic partnerships. You will collaborate with key internal departments (such as sales, revenue management, guest experience and finance) as well as key marketing teams (Digital, Social, Production, Brand), to ensure alignment and integration of cutting edge, commercial marketing strategies across your region.

Accountabilities

  1. Deliver Etihad’s Marketing strategy across a specific region to ensure alignment to overall targets.
  2. Implement market research initiatives on trends to develop effective marketing campaigns.
  3. Ensure the selection of the most effective and cost-efficient media to reach target customers with maximum impact and ROI.
  4. Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions in marketing plans across the region.
  5. Advise and support in the identification of the most effective channels to maximize marketing opportunities and commercial results.
  6. Review and report to top management on major risks and issues to ensure they are addressed effectively and on time.
  7. Report on initiatives to ensure proper monitoring of ROI.
  8. Design initiatives aimed at innovations identification and results improvements.
  9. Drive the development of online marketing strategies, to ensure alignment with Etihad’s marketing, sales, and communication objectives.

Education & Experience

  1. A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in a related discipline.
  2. 8+ years relevant work experience.
  3. Strong project management and presentation skills.
  4. Experienced marketer with clear commercial objectives and KPIs.
  5. Experience working with global agency partners as well as complex stakeholder groups.
