We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and driving business growth within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote real estate properties, projects, and services.
  2. Create and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
  3. Oversee the development of high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, online listings, and videos.
  4. Conduct market research to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior, providing actionable insights to the leadership team.
  5. Collaborate with sales teams to create tailored marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  6. Plan and execute events such as open houses and property exhibitions to attract potential buyers and investors.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including developers, agencies, and media outlets.
  8. Monitor campaign performance metrics, preparing reports to assess ROI and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  9. Stay updated on the latest marketing tools, trends, and technologies within the real estate industry.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing specifically within the real estate sector.
  3. Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
  4. Strong understanding of real estate market trends, customer preferences, and industry dynamics.
  5. Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
  6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  7. Proficiency in managing social media platforms and running targeted campaigns.
  8. Experience in organizing and managing real estate events and exhibitions.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  10. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
