Marketing Manager B2C Events

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Salary: AED 35,000 - AED 40,000 (+ family benefits)

Must have experience with Community or Sporting Events.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to drive comprehensive marketing strategies for a world-renowned event portfolio. This role is primarily focused on creating dynamic B2C event marketing campaigns through a media funnel, with a strong emphasis on audience segmentation and KPI-driven results. You will develop and execute strategies that align with business objectives, enhance brand awareness, and drive revenue growth across multiple marketing channels. A solid understanding of marketing fundamentals and a passion for research and product knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven, comprehensive marketing strategies for B2C events, aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the marketing team, ensuring that multi-channel campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and meet key performance indicators.
  • Focus on audience segmentation by quantifying and prioritising audiences, moving beyond broad categories to refine targeting and strategy.
  • Strategically manage the marketing funnel, ensuring effective activation of channels at each stage of the customer journey (awareness, engagement, conversion).
  • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, and events.
  • Conduct market research, keeping abreast of industry trends, and demonstrate a passion for the product and event sector to inform strategy.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, optimising strategies to drive continuous improvement and maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define brand positioning, messaging, and alignment with key event goals.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and are efficiently managed within the allocated budget.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2C event marketing, with a focus on building campaigns using a marketing funnel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven track record in audience segmentation, targeting, and prioritising key audiences beyond basic categories, with a strategic approach to sizing and focusing on the most impactful segments.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and experience activating channels effectively at each stage.
  • Experience in developing and managing KPI-focused campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Demonstrated passion for the events industry, with a deep interest in researching market trends and understanding products and audiences.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative, with a team-oriented approach to driving success.
