Job description
  • To ensure that customers' needs are met whilst maximizing the profits of a company. A Marketing & Sales Manager’s responsibility can vary enormously but will always have this as a central objective .
  • To use a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts and think creatively, devising new ways of communicating with established and potential customers.
  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
  • Focus on identifying new business opportunities that fit the strategic direction of the organization, and maximizing the outcomes of those opportunities.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and ensure that any directly relevant information is communicated to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement Public Relations Strategies to position the organization as the health care provider of choice for the UAE and the region.
  • Develop relationships with businesses and community groups to promote the health care services.
  • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and associated documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Corporate Marketing Team to monitor and analyze organization media exposure.
  • Develop, draft and distribute media releases/advertisements that meet the marketing strategy of the organization and that comply with set policy guidelines.
  • Plan and execute events (public awareness campaigns, media and publicity campaigns, staff annual function and social responsibility projects) in coordination with the other departments within the organization.
  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
  • Improves brand marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.
