The role:
We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to build brand awareness and drive lead generation in the competitive cybersecurity space. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing and executing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI, contributing to both immediate and long-term business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Create integrated campaigns supporting business development and sales efforts, focusing on clear, measurable outcomes.
- Content Creation & Management: Develop high-quality content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media) that showcases expertise in post-quantum cybersecurity.
- Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase engagement, ensuring measurable results.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate participation in events, webinars, and conferences to boost visibility and generate leads.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Execute demand generation strategies to generate and nurture leads through the sales funnel, focusing on conversion and revenue.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, refining strategies for greater impact.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign effectiveness to ensure ROI and continuously optimize performance.
- Collaborative Cross-Functionality: Work with sales, product, and pre-sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 7 years in marketing, preferably in a cybersecurity startup/scale-up, with a focus on measurable results.
- UAE Experience: Minimum 3 years in the UAE, with knowledge of local market dynamics.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Understanding of cybersecurity trends and challenges for targeted campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficient in digital tools (SEO, SEM, CRM) with a record of achieving outcomes.
- Content Marketing: Experience in creating content for technical and business audiences.
- Analytical & ROI Focus: Skilled in tracking ROI, analyzing data, and optimizing campaigns.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in dynamic startup environments, with flexibility to pivot strategies as needed.
