Job description

Job description:

  1. Perform research on current benchmark trends, industry experts, competitors, and target audience.
  2. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals, identify strategic weaknesses, and make recommendations for improvements.
  3. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos, and news) daily across multiple platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
  4. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
  5. Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Twitter insights.
  6. Liaise with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
  7. Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
  8. Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven work experience within social media in the blockchain industry.
  2. Expertise in managing multiple social media platforms.
  3. Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels.
  4. Strong interests in future trends in digital technologies and ability to act proactively.
  5. Excellent communication, project management and time-management skills.
  6. Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video) would be a bonus.
  7. Multi-language skills would be a bonus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Create content plans and strategies around followers, with clear KPIs centered around user growth, engagement, and retention, in collaboration with the internal team (design, public relations, marketing, and developers).
  2. Within tight timeframes, explain complicated ideas and themes in simple language, as well as provide material such as documentation, blogs, lengthy reads, tutorials, and more.
  3. To create and maintain a content database, a thorough understanding of 'crypto-twitter' is important.
  4. To build relationships and drive our business pipeline, engage with the metaverse, NFT, and P2E communities, as well as gamers and creators.
