About the Role:
The Marketing Head for the iGaming division will lead the strategic planning, execution, and management of marketing initiatives to drive player acquisition, retention, and brand growth. This role demands a data-driven leader with a deep understanding of the iGaming industry, who can craft compelling campaigns across multiple channels while managing budgets and achieving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development:
    - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet the division's business objectives.
    - Identify target markets and customer segments to optimize acquisition and retention efforts.
  2. Brand Management:
    - Build and enhance the brand's identity, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and stands out in the competitive iGaming market.
    - Oversee content creation, messaging, and design to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
  3. Player Acquisition:
    - Design and execute player acquisition campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, social media, and partnerships.
    - Monitor and optimize customer acquisition costs (CAC) and return on investment (ROI).
  4. Retention and Loyalty:
    - Collaborate with CRM teams to design personalized campaigns that increase player engagement and retention.
    - Develop loyalty programs and promotional offers to boost customer lifetime value (CLV).
  5. Performance Analysis:
    - Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
    - Utilize analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • 5-8 years of experience in the iGaming industry, focusing on slots, casino, and sportsbook.
  • Strong understanding and proven experience in the Indian market.
  • Expertise in B2C marketing is mandatory.
  • Proactive, results-driven personality with a focus on efficiently completing tasks and navigating reporting structures.
  • Extensive experience working in the India region.
  • Prior iGaming experience is compulsory.
