Marketing Head - Fit out Industry

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts in the fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, with expertise in social media strategies, a deep understanding of the fit-out sector, and fluency in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's fit-out services and increase brand visibility.
2. Manage and optimize social media platforms to engage audiences and generate leads.
3. Create and execute campaigns that align with the company’s goals, ensuring maximum ROI.
4. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
5. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
6. Oversee content creation for advertisements, brochures, and social media posts.
7. Build relationships with clients and industry stakeholders to enhance the company’s presence in the market.
8. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fit-out or interior design industry.
3. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
4. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and strategies.
5. Valid UAE driving license.
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
