Overview of the role:

To assist in planning and executing projects together with the marketing manager in line with the objectives for the year. Key accountabilities include leading on annual events and communication plans, content management for marketing collaterals and communication channels, annual event calendars, signage and wayfinding, and providing admin support for the team.

What you will do:

  1. Support planning and execution of the annual marketing calendar and campaign collaterals (signages, wayfinding).
  2. Liaise with suppliers for marketing requirements and quotations.
  3. Manage and update content for brochures, websites, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring brand standards.
  4. Conduct content editing, research, and campaign adaptation based on response.
  5. Identify new creative initiatives and suppliers.
  6. Support event preparation and execution, including CSR and destination events, managing onsite activities.
  7. Maintain external contacts for sourcing opportunities.
  8. Handle post-event reporting, budget tracking, inventory management, and competitor analysis, completing tasks within deadlines.

Required skills to be successful:

Minimum Experience:

1-2 years in Marketing – Graphics Designing.

  1. Planning, organization and coordination skills.
  2. Excellent Arabic & English skills.
  3. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  4. Marketing terminology / Teamwork.
  5. Ability to multitask.
