Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Executive is responsible for supporting in the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, customer engagement and for driving sales across all the restaurants brands and locations in UAE.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
CAMPAIGN EXECUTION
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and in-store promotions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the timely and effective execution of campaigns.
OPERATIONAL
Ensure that all marketing materials and communications are consistent with brand identity and messaging.
Conduct market research to gather insights on customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities and assist in the analysis of research data to inform marketing strategies and campaign development.
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, brand activations, and customer engagement activities; coordinate logistics, manage event promotion, and provide on-site support during events.
Work closely with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
Track the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare regular reports for the Marketing Manager and analyze campaign results and provide insights to improve future marketing efforts.
Assist in tracking marketing expenses and managing budgets for specific campaigns or projects.
Ensure that all marketing activities are executed within the allocated budget.
Support customer loyalty programs and engagement initiatives aimed at increasing customer retention.
Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Director, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing within the F&B industry, showcasing a solid understanding of market dynamics.
Proven track record of successful campaign management, with a portfolio of past projects demonstrating creativity and effectiveness.
Fluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the target market is highly beneficial.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing software.
Creative mindset with a passion for food and beverage trends, coupled with the ability to think outside the box.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities while maintaining focus on goals.
