We are currently recruiting for a full-time Marketing Executive to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for working closely and assisting the Marketing Manager on social media strategy to help enhance and protect the brands while adhering to hotel policies and procedures. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

  1. Overseeing all company social media accounts management.
  2. Developing engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages, e.g., social posts and short videography on social channels.
  3. Monitoring, tracking, and maintaining information about competitors' marketing and communication activities in the Dubai market (promotions, offers, articles, advertising, collateral) and developing and updating a filing system for all information.
  4. Tracking and maintaining information on Food & Beverage trends and competitors’ activities, not limited to social media channels.
  5. Ensuring the correct policy and brand standards are followed by the hotel in all marketing collateral, advertising, and eCommerce.

Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, the ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills, along with being quality-oriented with a focus on details, high-performance standards, able to multi-task & meet deadlines, and technical proficiency in related software.
