Marketing Executive

Position Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing multiple projects, and creating engaging content. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Development & Execution:
• Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, and events).
• Collaborate with creative teams to deliver visually compelling and impactful campaigns.

Content Creation:

• Develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website updates.
• Manage and schedule content calendars to ensure timely delivery.

Market Research & Strategy:

• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and target audiences.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies tailored to client needs.

Project Management:

• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Performance Analysis:

• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
• Provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media management platforms is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
