Job Description:

Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:

  1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the university's programs and services.
  2. Collaborate with College Deans and Administrative Heads to align marketing strategies with institutional goals.
  3. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.

Content Creation and Management:

  1. Create engaging content for digital platforms, including the website, social media, email campaigns, etc.
  2. Oversee the production of promotional materials such as brochures, videos, and presentations.
  3. Maintain consistent brand messaging and tone across all communication channels.

Digital Marketing:

  1. Manage the university's social media presence to increase reach and engagement.
  2. Implement SEO/SEM strategies to enhance online visibility.
  3. Use analytics tools to track the performance of digital campaigns and optimize accordingly.

Event Promotion and Support:

  1. Coordinate marketing efforts for on-campus and virtual events such as open days, webinars, and alumni meetups.
  2. Ensure proper branding and promotional activities for events.

Market Research and Analysis:

  1. Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends in higher education marketing.

Partnerships and Outreach:

  1. Build relationships with schools, colleges, and community organizations to promote the university.
  2. Collaborate with academic departments to highlight key achievements and programs.

This role is pivotal in promoting the university's brand, academic programs, and events to prospective students, alumni, and other stakeholders. The Marketing Executive will contribute to developing and executing marketing strategies that support the university's enrollment goals, enhance its reputation, and foster engagement across diverse audiences.
