The Marketing Executive will collaborate with the Marketing Head to plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and increase bookings. This role involves managing social media, creating content, coordinating promotional activities, and monitoring marketing performance metrics.
Collaborate with the Marketing Head to plan, execute, and monitor multichannel marketing campaigns including social media, email, and online advertisements. Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive quality traffic.
Create, manage, and optimize content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to enhance engagement and grow the audience. Develop storytelling videos, captivating photos, and promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and banners in line with branding guidelines. Manage digital screens and My Menu content updates.
Prepare and execute annual and monthly social media content plans in collaboration with the Marketing Head. Coordinate social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and local initiatives to increase visibility. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to analyze engagement, traffic, and follower growth.
Plan and execute campaigns to promote loyalty programs and hotel events. Ensure priority messaging is delivered consistently across all platforms.
Work closely with other departments to produce quality content and ensure cohesive brand positioning across all communication channels. Promote hotel events, conferences, and activities, coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution and post-event analysis.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt marketing strategies and identify new opportunities. Prepare reports on campaign performance and suggest areas for improvement.
Design graphic content for various platforms using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Edit and prepare multimedia content targeting both online and offline audiences.
Maintain consistent brand positioning in all marketing efforts. Manage relationships with media influencers and partners to enhance exposure.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
