Marketing Director - Immediate Joiner

Our client is a renowned standalone restaurant in Abu Dhabi known for its exceptional fine dining experience and commitment to quality. They are looking for a talented and creative Marketing Director to elevate their brand and drive customer engagement while overseeing all marketing activities.

The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote the restaurant's brand, attract new customers, and build long-term customer loyalty. This individual will be responsible for leading the marketing team, managing the marketing budget, and leveraging both traditional and digital marketing channels to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and enhance customer loyalty.
  
• Lead all aspects of the restaurant's marketing initiatives including digital marketing, social media, promotions, partnerships, events, and traditional advertising.
  
• Build and manage relationships with local influencers, media outlets, and other key partners to elevate the restaurant's visibility.
  
• Oversee the development and implementation of a content strategy that highlights the restaurant's unique offerings, values, and dining experience.
  
• Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns to drive sales and engagement.
  
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
  
• Collaborate with the restaurant management team to align marketing initiatives with the overall business objectives.
  
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximize ROI.
  
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  
• Organize and oversee special events and collaborations that will enhance the restaurant's reputation and attract a wider customer base.
  
• Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant industry in the UAE.
  
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and brand building.
  
• Proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns that lead to measurable increases in customer engagement and sales.
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to make informed decisions.
  
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  
• Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing marketing spend.
  
• Strong understanding of the local market and trends in Abu Dhabi.
  
• Arabic language skills are a plus but not required.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with influencer marketing and restaurant-specific marketing tools (e.g., food delivery apps, review sites, etc.).
  
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and customer loyalty programs.
  
• Familiarity with design software and basic graphic design concepts is a plus.
