What you'll be doing:

The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the strategic initiatives for GCC countries across Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital tools, Brand, Marketing Communication, Product Management, Product Innovations (NPD identification), New Product Launches (NPL), and Sector solutions. This role is essential for driving premium brand positioning and sales through innovative, digital-first marketing campaigns and trade activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience within the construction manufacturing sector or a related field, balance strategy and execution, and demonstrate excellent collaboration with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and orchestrate Marketing, Digital, Product manager(s) and Sector manager(s) to develop and deliver cohesive marketing campaigns and innovations to customers.
  • Develop GTM plan and strategies for sector solutions for targeted sectors.
  • Execute omnichannel innovative marketing strategies (online and offline) for B2B, B2C and B2B2C to build premium brand position.
  • Drive product positioning and pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Enhance premium brand positioning in the digital sphere through robust value propositions and engaging, innovative marketing activities.
  • Drive sales growth and strengthen brand positioning across regions with targeted POS and trade marketing activities.
  • Lead and guide product management team for NPD, full PLM cycle management and execute NPL process.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to develop value propositions for market leadership.
  • Conduct market analysis (using focus groups, CJM etc.) to identify gaps, customer pain points and innovation opportunities for profitable growth.
  • Accelerate social media and digital activities across regions by creating unified themes, encouraging best practice sharing, and driving brand synergy.
  • Generating and managing marketing budget and deliver all activities on-budget on time.
  • Play an active role in internal communication and employer branding in collaboration with People team.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant Marketing leadership positions. Solid experience in marketing within the construction manufacturing, or related field is preferred.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, brand positioning, and GTM strategy.
  • Experience in developing and implementing strategic and efficient marketing plans, across multiple countries.
  • Strong leadership skills, including setting direction, prioritizing, and achieving results.
  • Ability to drive change across various stakeholders at all levels, with effective communication, influencing skills, and conflict management.
  • Ability to be hands-on and to deliver through a team, in a complex matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into high-level analysis and planning.
