Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Director to lead the marketing efforts for our large property development business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with a property developer (not real estate) in the UAE, and will bring expertise in both digital and traditional marketing. This role involves overseeing strategic marketing initiatives, including branding, event planning, and budget management. The Marketing Director will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and manage a team of marketing managers and specialists across various functions, such as social media, graphic design, events, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, including social media managers, graphic designers, events coordinators, and marketing executives.
  3. Oversee both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including content creation, advertising, and promotional events.
  4. Drive brand development and enhance brand presence through strategic marketing initiatives.
  5. Plan and execute events, campaigns, and initiatives to support business goals and increase visibility.
  6. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and resource allocation.
  7. Provide strategic direction on marketing plans, campaigns, and branding efforts across all channels.
  8. Collaborate closely with the sales and development teams to ensure alignment between marketing and business strategies.
  9. Monitor performance metrics of marketing campaigns, reporting to senior management and providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience with a property developer in the UAE (not real estate brokerage).
  2. Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and traditional marketing approaches.
  3. Strong experience in strategic marketing, including planning, events, and budget management.
  4. Leadership experience managing a team of marketing professionals.
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  7. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Salary up to AED 40,000 PM (depending on experience and industry exposure)
