Your Role:

As a Marketing Director, you will spearhead marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, ensuring our brand resonates with traders of all levels. Your expertise in financial trading (CFDs and crypto markets) and marketing will drive campaigns, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies targeting CFD and crypto traders.
• Plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, and educational resources.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and other industry stakeholders.
• Analyze marketing performance data and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Lead the organization of webinars, events, and online campaigns to promote our brand.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, CFDs, crypto trading, and financial markets.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, etc.).
• Exceptional communication skills; fluency in Chinese is a big plus.
• A data-driven mindset with a knack for creative campaign development.
• Proven track record in running successful marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
