Position Overview: The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote our real estate projects, enhance brand awareness, and drive sales. This role requires a creative and analytical leader with a deep understanding of the real estate market and a proven track record in marketing management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives and project timelines.
  2. Oversee branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
  3. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity, providing insights to guide strategic decisions.
  4. Manage advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and social media campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams including sales, design, and development to create compelling marketing collateral and promotional content.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with external agencies, consultants, and media outlets to maximize marketing effectiveness.
  7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and market response, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  8. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  9. Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on real estate development or related industries.
  3. Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns that drive results.
  4. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging marketing technologies.
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  7. Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
