REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

To generate leads who will be interested in attending a timeshare presentation. Exceed minimum production requirements set by management.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Approach qualified clients and book them directly to attend a timeshare presentation.
2. Co-ordinate with Reception to book the client at an available date and time for the presentation.
3. Generate qualified leads of clients who might be interested in attending a timeshare presentation or in receiving a marketing offer in the future.
4. Encourage purchasers of holiday preview packages to redeem their certificates and make reservations.
5. Qualify all potential purchasers of holiday previews.
6. Actively provide service which exceeds our guests’ expectations.
7. Maintain a management approved administration.
8. Obey all departmental and procedural rules.
9. Generate guest correspondence where necessary.

ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS - JOB FUNCTIONS ASSESSMENT

Work environment: Work with others, verbal contact with others, extended day.

Mental Requirements: Reading, complex writing, complex math skills, judgement decision making.

Stress Factors: High pressure.

Salary: 6,133.00 AED + Commission

Work Location: Office and Sales Galleries in and around Dubai, most likely at Dubai Parks & Resorts Area.
