Support the team to build the regional trade plans for all fragrance brands.
Align with suppliers and malls/retailers for permits and space bookings.
Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure trade activations start on time, with all relevant tools (POSM/VM guidelines/freelancer training) to successfully reach set KPIs.
Support the commercial team with on-field marketing assistance during the first day of trade activations.
Analyze trade animation performances in terms of ROI and Sell Out results, and update the trade marketing calendar on a regular basis.
Prepare and share a quarterly newsletter with all initiatives taking place in the following months across all fragrance brands (NR, IM, SL, TB, ZV).
Support the marketing team with PowerPoint presentations for retailers and internal meetings.
Share available assets and guidelines with key stakeholders like retailers/distributors/suppliers for new product launches, social media visibility, and trade activations to ensure consistency and respect for brand image guidelines.
Support visual merchandising implementation by liaising with suppliers, the commercial team, and retailers.
Support the E-trade team with online exposure activations.
Monitor and track competitors' activities (offline/online) and share best practices internally.
Support with office monthly orders across different marketing departments and update spreadsheets/inventories.
Undertake daily administrative tasks, including raising POs and updating the PO tracker, to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
PROFILE:
1 year of experience in marketing, preferably within the retail industry.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, making things happen.
Team worker with a passionate and driven personality and excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work at pace.
Attention to detail and organization.
Proficient communication in English.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Knowledge of the Middle East market and its consumers.
