Provide organizational and administrative support to the team to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the processes.
Responsibilities
Strong command of spoken and written English language is mandatory.
Must have marketing experience.
Raise iProcs/LPOs; provide support to budget management under close supervision.
Liaise with agencies in regard to invoicing and budget.
Help facilitate travel request forms for the team for trips and inward missions and ensure all correct protocols are followed by the team and procurement.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure direct agreements, contracts and payments are handled well and in time.
Co-ordinate and follow up with procurement to arrange LPOs to suppliers.
Co-ordinate internal staff trainings and lists that are required as per the management.
Facilitate and align reporting for DGRs when required.
Manage the AVP calendar and assist in day to day administrative operations.
Manage agency and stakeholder contact lists.
Support in planning and logistics for individuals and events.
Monitor project management system and ensure compliance with the timelines.
