Provide organizational and administrative support to the team to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of the processes.
Responsibilities:
Strong command of spoken and written English language is mandatory.
Must have marketing experience.
Raise iProcs/LPOs; provide support to budget management under close supervision.
Liaise with agencies regarding invoicing and budget.
Help facilitate travel request forms for the team for trips and inward missions, ensuring all correct protocols are followed by the team and procurement.
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure direct agreements, contracts, and payments are handled well and in time.
Coordinate and follow up with procurement to arrange LPOs to suppliers.
Coordinate internal staff trainings and lists required as per management.
Facilitate and align reporting for DGRs when required.
Manage the AVP calendar and assist in day-to-day administrative operations.
Manage agency and stakeholder contact lists.
Support in planning and logistics for individuals and events.
Monitor project management system and ensure compliance with timelines.
