Reporting to the Senior Vice President Business Development, you will be responsible for project managing all tasks assigned (projects and processes) for the marketing department for launches and sales activations to ensure a timeline execution and reporting. This role requires a combination of administrative skills and a solid grasp of marketing tasks to assist in the execution of campaigns, content coordination, and project management. You will be working with various departments such as marketing, sales, finance, development, outsourced suppliers, and agencies to ensure all tasks are met.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Launches:
- Set and drive the overall timelines for projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and sales objectives.
- Ensure alignment with sales teams for best results of launches and maximizing sales results.
- Research competition to better understand our positioning.
Project Management:
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and creating reports on campaign performance and other key marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure deliverables align with project timelines and objectives.
- Oversee the workflow, assigning tasks, and ensuring the timely completion of projects.
- Manage projects effectively to optimize sales results and productivity.
- Analyze ROI by capturing marketing activation performance.
- Support the sales team to improve customer relationships and the buying process.
- Act as a point of contact between the marketing team and other departments, clients, and external partners.
- Compile data and create reports for campaign performance, social media metrics, and other key marketing initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure all efforts support overall business goals. Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate feedback into all activations across cross functions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or project management from an accredited university.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in project management of marketing launches and activities.
- Communicates clearly and effectively (both verbal and written).
- Strong reporting skills on launches and sales activations.
