Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at CONMIX, a leader in ready-mix concrete, premix plaster, construction chemicals, and paints. The ideal candidate must have their own car and be able to manage various marketing activities across the UAE. This role involves close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Campaign Support:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing plans for products and services across different media channels.
  • Ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and corporate standards.

Content Management:

  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create brochures, flyers, social media posts, and other promotional materials.
  • Provide content support for website updates, social media campaigns, and marketing collateral.

Event Coordination:

  • Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions, and internal activities from planning to execution.
  • Represent CONMIX at events, ensuring brand visibility and consistent messaging.

Vendor & Supplier Coordination:

  • Maintain a network of reliable suppliers and negotiate effectively for marketing-related needs.
  • Manage relationships with vendors such as printers, advertising agencies, and media partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Social Media Management:

  • Oversee the social media team, conduct periodic meetings, and present performance reports to division heads.
  • Ensure a cohesive and engaging online presence aligned with the company's strategic objectives.

Project Execution & Leadership:

  • Lead the execution of marketing projects and campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Manage priorities lists, allocate resources effectively, and drive results.

Market Research & Reporting:

  • Conduct research to gather insights on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Measure the performance of campaigns and suggest improvements based on analytics and feedback.

Time Management & Attention to Detail:

  • Prepare and maintain marketing calendars, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all marketing activities, ensuring the highest standards of quality.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure all marketing efforts are consistent with CONMIX’s branding and communication strategy.
  • Act as a brand ambassador during all marketing and public-facing activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in the construction or manufacturing sector.

Must Have:

  • A valid UAE driving license and a personal vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE for marketing-related activities.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media platforms, email marketing tools).

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
