Job description
  • Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and target audience.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate the production of promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content, maintaining brand consistency.
  • Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content and tracking performance metrics to enhance online presence.
  • Support the organization of events, trade shows, or webinars, overseeing logistics and ensuring successful execution.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain the marketing database by updating and organizing contact lists for email campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing or communications, showcasing a practical understanding of the industry.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or social media management will set you apart from other candidates.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments, preferably within the tech or consumer goods sectors, is highly valued.
  • Fluency in English is required, with additional languages considered a significant asset, especially for international markets.
  • Proficiency in marketing software (like HubSpot or Mailchimp) and graphic design tools (such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights for campaign improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for crafting compelling messaging across platforms.
