Your Responsibilities:
The Marketing Coordinator, IMEA is responsible for maintaining and growing the brand presence in India, Middle East and Africa by coordinating marketing activities in the regions. The position will report to the Vice President Marketing, APAC & IMEA.
- Supporting the launch of regional campaigns across all marketing channels, collaborating closely with the marketing team worldwide.
- Managing regional event logistics including aircraft static display, client events, invites, venue relationships, collaterals, gifting, flowers, menu arrangements, carriages, sourcing and managing top quality suppliers such as caterers, florists, contractors, gift manufacturers, event venues.
- Working as an extension of the Global events team to support larger events execution as per global plan.
- Working with the creative team and local suppliers on marketing materials to produce locally.
- Sourcing corporate gifting items for major festivals and arranging the logistics for delivery across the regions.
- Managing marketing stock, localization, and translation of marketing materials.
- Supporting regional content planning, identifying exposure opportunities and work with the wider marketing team to create regional campaigns.
- Identifying major business conferences and lifestyle events that can help generate sales and work with the wider marketing team to activate.
- Lining up regional partnership opportunities and support global partnership initiatives in the IMEA regions.
- Update results of campaigns in Salesforce and assist on the preparation of regional reporting.
- Handling invoice and payments process between suppliers and finance departments.
- Providing support to areas required as the business grows, and coming up with new ideas to maximise potential growth of the company in the regions.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- University degree, with a focus in marketing, communications, event management, or an associated field.
- Two to four years’ experience in luxury marketing or event planning or experience in associated fields targeting ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
- Self-starter, detail-minded team player with great organizational and interpersonal skills is essential.
- Fluency in both oral and written English, ability to speak and write Arabic.
- Ability to cope with last minute changes, come up with new ideas and backup plans, work under pressure, response to tight deadlines.
- Ability to use design software is a plus.
