Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event & Marketing Coordinator to manage event planning, execution, and promotional activities. The role involves developing event calendars, coordinating logistics, handling marketing assets, and ensuring seamless event operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of market trends, vendor coordination, and promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an annual event calendar aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events and promotional activities, collaborating with event agencies and vendors.
• Oversee event logistics, setup, and breakdown, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
• Manage the production and distribution of printed materials for events and promotions, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Secure cost-effective promotional placements, including hoardings, cinema ads, standees, columns, and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities.
• Prepare and maintain marketing reports, including expense tracking, monthly performance reviews, and retailer reports with event documentation (photos/videos).
• Maintain and oversee the marketing asset inventory, preventing loss or damage.
