The Content Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and managing content for our company’s social media channels, email campaigns, website, and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and editing skills, and a strong understanding of content marketing best practices.
Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality visual content such as photos, videos, and infographics to promote employee work culture, property shoots, CSR campaigns, and to convey key messages.
Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit content.
Create compelling and original content for various channels, including website, social media, and marketing materials.
Write engaging articles, property descriptions, blog posts, social media captions, and email campaigns.
Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
Work closely with the PR Manager to create internal and external content on any PR strategies.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and competitor analysis to inform content creation strategies and ensure relevance and accuracy of information.
Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand guidelines. Ensure content is error-free and aligns with the brand voice and messaging.
Brainstorm and suggest new ways to improve traffic by tapping into new platforms and channels.
Work with the marketing department to understand short-term and long-term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly.
Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with brand history and plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in digital content.
Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms—Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Deep knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategy.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong command of grammar and attention to detail.
Proficiency in creating visual content using tools such as Adobe, Canva, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of content marketing best practices and experience with keyword research, audience selection, and optimization.
Strong research skills to gather industry insights and market trends.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Knowledge of real estate terminology, market dynamics, and industry-specific trends is a plus.
