Responsibilities:
1.Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with company objectives
Plan and manage a content calendar to support campaigns, promotions and branding initiatives
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and target audience preferences
2.Graphic Design & Visual Content
Create visually engaging content, including hours brochures, flyers and marketing materials
Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality graphics, social media visuals and videos
Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva to develop designs
3.Content Creation & Branding
Write, edit and curate high quality content for blogs, websites, social media and email campaigns
Develop consistent messaging and branding strategies to enhance the company's market presence
Monitor brand voice and tone across all platforms to ensure uniformity
4.Brochure Planning & Design
Conceptualize and design brochures and marketing collateral projects, campaigns and events
Collaborate with real estate consultants to ensure brochures highlight key project features
5.Performance Tracking & Optimization
Analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed
Track engagement metrics, such as clicks, shares and lead conversions to improve campaigns
Use insights to improve content quality and audience engagement
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field
Min 3-5 years of experience in content marketing and branding
Proven experience in overseeing creative projects
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Canva
Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills
Experience in content branding and creating visually appealing marketing materials
